  1. Create an opt-in

  3. Send an email a few days later introducing yourself and following up

  4. Send another email a few days later with your portfolio

  5. Send an email a few days later for them to keep you in mind

Onboarding

  1. 30-minute discovery call

  2. Send a proposal invoice, contract

  3. A questionnaire and a Calendly link to book a kickoff call

  4. A series of onboarding calls until the process is complete!

  5. Prep strategy and the first batch of content


Monthly Maintenance

  1. Craft a client strategy

  2. Monthly client meeting

  3. Create content + approval process

  4. Management (community, posting, etc!)

  5. Analytics reporting, repeat!


Offboarding
